1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup water
½ onion, diced (optional)
2–3 cups frozen French fries, baked or air fried
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
¾ cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
Pinch paprika, garlic powder, salt
Optional: sour cream, lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, jalapeños
Cook fries until crispy. Set aside.
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat, stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
In saucepan, melt cheese, milk, cream cheese, and spices into a smooth sauce.
