Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ onion, diced (optional)

  • 23 cups frozen French fries, baked or air fried

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • ¾ cup evaporated milk

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

  • Pinch paprika, garlic powder, salt

  • Optional: sour cream, lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Cook fries until crispy. Set aside.

  • Brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat, stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.

  • In saucepan, melt cheese, milk, cream cheese, and spices into a smooth sauce.

  • Warm tortillas. Layer beef, fries, cheese sauce, and toppings.

  • Roll burritos and toast in skillet until golden (optional).

  • Slice and serve hot.
