These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps combine tender chicken, buttery garlic, and melted cheese in a crispy toasted tortilla — perfect for quick dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

4 large flour tortillas

Optional: baby spinach, sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for 15–30 minutes.

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice thinly.

  • In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Set aside.

  • Lay out tortillas and layer cheese, chicken, optional toppings, and a drizzle of garlic butter. Roll into wraps.

  • Toast wraps in a skillet until golden on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For spice, add chili flakes or jalapeños.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.

  • Freeze wraps for up to 2 months.
