These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps combine tender chicken, buttery garlic, and melted cheese in a crispy toasted tortilla — perfect for quick dinners or meal prep.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: baby spinach, sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice thinly.
In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Set aside.
Lay out tortillas and layer cheese, chicken, optional toppings, and a drizzle of garlic butter. Roll into wraps.
Toast wraps in a skillet until golden on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Slice and serve warm.
For spice, add chili flakes or jalapeños.
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
Freeze wraps for up to 2 months.
