2 cups cooked, seasoned chicken (shredded or chopped)
4 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch)
4 tostada shells or crisped corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
Salsa or hot sauce, for serving
Olive oil or butter, for toasting
Heat tortillas to soften.
Place cheese, chicken, and tostada shell in center of tortilla.
Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
Fold tortilla edges inward to seal into a circular wrap.
Toast seam-side down in a skillet until golden and crisp on both sides.
Slice and serve hot with salsa or dipping sauce.
