A crispy, cheesy, flavor-packed chicken crunch wrap loaded with seasoned chicken, veggies, and crunchy layers — better than takeout and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, seasoned chicken (shredded or chopped)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (1012 inch)

  • 4 tostada shells or crisped corn tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

  • Salsa or hot sauce, for serving

  • Olive oil or butter, for toasting

Instructions

  • Heat tortillas to soften.

  • Place cheese, chicken, and tostada shell in center of tortilla.

  • Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.

  • Fold tortilla edges inward to seal into a circular wrap.

  • Toast seam-side down in a skillet until golden and crisp on both sides.

  • Slice and serve hot with salsa or dipping sauce.

  • Add jalapeños or beans for extra flavor.
