2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 packet taco seasoning
2 tbsp sour cream or mayo
4 large (12-inch) flour tortillas
4 tostada shells or handfuls of tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc.)
4 tbsp queso or nacho cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced
4 tbsp sour cream
Optional: hot sauce, salsa, jalapeños
Mix chicken with taco seasoning and sour cream. Warm slightly.
Microwave tortillas for 20 seconds to soften.
Layer in center: queso, chicken, tostada, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese.
