A clean, high-protein chicken stir fry loaded with fresh vegetables and tossed in a light, flavorful sauce made from real, whole ingredients. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced

  • 1 zucchini or ½ cup snap peas (optional)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Clean Stir Fry Sauce:

  • ¼ cup coconut aminos or tamari

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Optional: red pepper flakes or chili paste

Instructions

  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in skillet. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked. Remove.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Add chicken and sauce. Toss to coat and simmer 2–3 minutes.

  5. Serve hot over rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa.

Notes

  • Use fresh veggies for best texture.

  • Add chili for a spicy version.
