4 large flour tortillas
2 cups cooked crispy chicken (tenders or breast, sliced)
1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1/3 cup sauce (ranch, aioli, or Caesar)
Oil spray or melted butter for crisping
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Warm tortillas slightly to prevent cracking.
On each tortilla, layer chicken, sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Wrap tightly, folding in sides and rolling.
Lightly brush outside with oil or butter.
