Crispy air fryer chicken wraps with melty mozzarella, fresh veggies, and a golden toasted tortilla — quick, satisfying, and customizable.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups cooked crispy chicken (tenders or breast, sliced)

  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1/3 cup sauce (ranch, aioli, or Caesar)

  • Oil spray or melted butter for crisping

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F.

  • Warm tortillas slightly to prevent cracking.

  • On each tortilla, layer chicken, sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

  • Wrap tightly, folding in sides and rolling.

  • Lightly brush outside with oil or butter.

  • Place seam-side down in air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  • Let rest 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
