3 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.

  • Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.

  • Whisk olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, lemon juice, and pepper.
