Ultra-crispy chicken bites tossed in a sticky, sweet-savory honey garlic sauce — better than takeout and ready in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • Oil for frying

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

  • Optional: sesame seeds, green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in cornstarch.

  • Fry in 350°F oil until golden and crispy (4–5 mins). Drain.

  • In a clean pan, sauté garlic in 1 tbsp oil. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 1–2 mins.

  • Toss fried chicken in sauce to coat evenly.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Air fryer and baked options available
