  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

  • 1 lb deli turkey slices

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

  • 12 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup romaine or green leaf lettuce

  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)

  • Mayonnaise or mustard (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh lemon or lime juice (for avocado)

Instructions

  • Warm tortillas slightly.

  • Lay each tortilla flat and layer: lettuce, turkey, tomato, avocado, cheese, and condiments.

  • Fold sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom. Slice in half.

  • Serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
