1 ½ lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large eggs
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Brown beef with onion; add garlic and seasoning.
Whisk eggs, cream, mustard, Worcestershire, and ketchup.
Stir beef into egg mixture with half the cheese.
Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until set.
Rest briefly before slicing.
Pickles can be added for a classic touch. Serve with fresh vegetables.
