A hearty baked casserole with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic cheeseburger flavors in a low-carb format.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 4 large eggs

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup (optional)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  • Brown beef with onion; add garlic and seasoning.

  • Whisk eggs, cream, mustard, Worcestershire, and ketchup.

  • Stir beef into egg mixture with half the cheese.

  • Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until set.

  • Rest briefly before slicing.

Notes

Pickles can be added for a classic touch. Serve with fresh vegetables.
