One Pot Beefaroni is a quick, comforting dinner made with ground beef, pasta, tomato sauce, and melty cheese—all cooked in one pan for easy cleanup and bold flavor.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
3 cups beef broth or water
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional garnish: parsley, parmesan

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion for 4 minutes.

  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.

  • Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and seasonings.

  • Add macaroni and broth. Stir and bring to a simmer.

  • Cover and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

  • Stir in cheese and let it melt.

  • Serve hot with desired garnish.

Notes

Use ground turkey or veggie crumbles for variation.
