1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)
1 tablespoon butter
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices provolone cheese
4–6 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls, toasted
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper; sauté 5–7 minutes.
Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds more.
