A bold and satisfying meal featuring spicy grilled chicken wings, crispy fries, and a refreshing Greek salad. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

For the Fries:
2–3 large russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, garlic powder (optional)

For the Greek Salad:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Kalamata olives
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix marinade ingredients and coat wings. Refrigerate 1–12 hours.

  • Cut potatoes into fries, soak, then pat dry.

  • Toss fries with oil and bake at 425°F for 25–30 min, flipping halfway.

  • Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing before serving.

  • Grill wings for 20–25 minutes, turning often, until cooked through.

  • Serve wings with fries and salad on the side.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Air fry or bake wings as an alternative to grilling. Salad can be prepped ahead but dress last minute.
