Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken stock (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Season and cook chicken in olive oil until golden.
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Melt butter and sauté onion until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Stir in tomato puree and simmer.
  • Add cream and mix until smooth.
  • Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
