Creamy chicken garlic parmesan pasta made with tender chicken, rich garlic butter sauce, and parmesan cheese tossed with perfectly cooked pasta.

Ingredients

300 g pasta
2 chicken breasts, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  • Season and cook chicken in olive oil.
  • Remove chicken and melt butter in same pan.
  • Add garlic and sauté lightly.
  • Pour in cream and simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  • Return chicken to sauce.
  • Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Serve warm with parsley.

Notes

Add pasta water if sauce is too thick. Do not burn garlic. Serve immediately for best creaminess.
