1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying
4 soft burger buns
4 cheese slices
Butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice and season chicken.
  • Coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Fry chicken until golden and cooked.
  • Toast buns lightly.
  • Place chicken on bottom bun.

  • Cover with top bun.
